Sharma Engineering Consultants Ltd is registered in England and based in Milton Keynes. The firm was established to make senior, hands-on engineering judgement directly available to owners, contractors and project management consultancies — without the layers, overheads or conflicts of a large organisation.
Our principals have spent their careers inside major projects, including multi-billion-dollar refinery upgrading programmes executed under challenging conditions: writing and reviewing the process design, planning and witnessing the performance tests, and advising on the technical disputes that occasionally follow.
Our work sits at the intersection of engineering judgement and disciplined documentation. The practice is led by a chartered-calibre senior process engineer with over twenty years across EPC contracting, project management consultancy and owner's engineering on refinery and petrochemical megaprojects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Roles held include deputy project management leadership on a multi-billion-dollar refinery upgrading programme, with direct responsibility for process deliverable assurance, performance test evaluation, operational acceptance and technical dispute advisory.
