Line sizing for liquid, gas and steam service — full Darcy-Weisbach and Colebrook-White hydraulics with compressible-flow and steam-property kernels behind it. Enter the duty and your selected line; it reports velocity, pressure drop, Reynolds number and flow regime, checks them against the governing line sizing guidelines, and recommends a compliant size.

A defensible line size in seconds, with the governing limit, the method and the erosion check all shown rather than assumed.

RelieVent Pro

Contingency analysis and device sizing for pressure relief systems — covering fire (wetted and gas-filled), blocked outlet, control and check valve failure, gas blowby, liquid overfill, thermal expansion, tube rupture and tank venting. Devices are sized for liquid, steam, vapour (critical and subcritical) and two-phase (Omega method) relief, with rupture-disk combination-capacity checks and ASME VIII/I accumulation factors applied by design code — built to make the sizing basis, case selection and margin visible rather than buried in cell formulas.

HydroFlow

Piping network modelling on an ISA-symbol P&ID canvas, solved by Newton-Raphson and Global Gradient Algorithm equation solving across branched and looped networks. Covers single-phase liquid flow, compressible gas and steam flow (IAPWS-97 properties), and two-phase flow via Beggs-Brill, Lockhart-Martinelli, Chisholm, homogeneous and drift-flux correlations. Pump and compressor performance is back-calculated from curves, with control valves sized and checked in the same model.
